    3. Set up multilingualism

    Enable or disable languages and translate your menu per language. Ideal for tourists and international guests.

    4. Customize to your style

    Choose colors, fonts, and layout so your QR menu perfectly matches your corporate identity.

    5. Generate & print QR code

    Your unique QR code is immediately available. Print it on table cards, stickers, or flyers.

    6. Share & go live

    Share your QR code or link via WhatsApp, Instagram, or your website. Changes are visible in real-time.

  • Trial Period & Subscription

    1. Is the trial period really free and without obligation?

    Yes. You can test QR Menu’tje first without any commitment. During the trial period, you can set up and try everything without obligations.

    2. Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes. You can stop your subscription at any time. Your menu will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

    3. How do I receive my invoice?

    After payment, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. You can also find your invoices in your dashboard (if enabled).

  • Payment & Security

    1. Which payment methods do you accept?

    This depends on the configured payment provider, but we usually support iDEAL, Bancontact, and credit cards. (Other options may vary per account.)

    2. Is my payment information secure?

    Yes. Payments are processed through a certified payment provider. QR Menu’tje does not store full card details.

  • Menu & Usage

    1. Is QR Menu’tje only for restaurants?

    No. It is suitable for restaurants, cafes, lunchrooms, bars, snack bars, food trucks, and basically any business with a price list or menu.

    2. Do I need special hardware or an app?

    No. You only need a phone/tablet/PC to manage your menu. Your guests scan the QR code with their own smartphone camera.

    3. Can I use QR Menu’tje only as a digital menu?

    Yes. You can use QR Menu’tje purely as a digital menu, without ordering or payment. You choose which features you activate.

    4. Do you support multiple languages?

    Yes. You can offer multiple languages so international guests can easily read your menu.

    5. Can I place the menu on my own website?

    Yes. You can share your menu via a link or (if available) place it as an embed/iframe on your own website.

    6. Can you enter my menu for me?

    Yes, that is possible. Send your menu (PDF/photo/text) and we can help with entering products, prices, and categories.

  • Ordering, Management & Support

    1. Can guests order and pay directly?

    If you activate the ordering module, guests can order directly through the menu. Payment can be made (if configured) online or on-site — depending on your preference.

    2. How do I manage incoming orders?

    In your dashboard, you will see new orders arriving clearly. You can view, process them, and track their status (depending on your set workflow).

    3. Can guests add notes?

    Yes. Guests can (optionally) add notes, such as "no onions," "extra spicy," or allergy information.

    4. Can I track revenue and performance?

    Yes. You can gain insight into performance such as popular items and (if you use ordering) order data/overviews.

    5. How do I manage my account and data?

    Via your dashboard, you can manage your business details, menu, settings, and (if applicable) payment and language settings.

    6. How quickly do you respond to questions?

    We respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours on business days. For urgent questions, you can also reach us via the contact page.

    7. Can I request features that are not yet available?

    Yes, we encourage it. Send us your wish/idea via the contact page — we collect feedback and plan improvements based on demand.
